“Finding Peace in the New Year” – Starts next Thursday, 1/17 at 7:30 pm
Through meditation, mindfulness and learning from the experiences of others you’ll approach the New Year in peace.
“Finding Peace in the New Year” is an opportunity for experiential learning. Each week we will meditate and practice small mindfulness exercises that help us to incorporate Buddha’s core teachings into our everyday lives. Join us for one class or all ten, each class is a lesson in it self. Hope to see you for our first session January 17, 2019!
